Helm-based installation is coming soon. This page is a placeholder for the planned production deployment method.
Planned capabilities
The Helm chart will support:
- Production deployment — Install Pastures as a Rancher extension via the Extensions catalog
- Air-gapped environments — Bundle the extension for environments without internet access
- Version pinning — Deploy specific Pastures versions with standard Helm upgrade workflows
- Custom registries — Pull extension assets from private OCI registries
Current installation method
For now, use Developer Load to install the extension. This works for development, evaluation, and small-scale deployments.
